Why we exist
Your Crisis Guide was created for one reason — to help families find clarity during their hardest moments. When life turns upside down, most people don’t know who to call or where to start. We’ve walked through those moments ourselves, and we understand how overwhelming it can feel.
Our goal is simple: bring together the most important information families need in times of crisis — financial help, medical guidance, social services, school resources, housing assistance and more. Everything is explained in everyday language, with easy step-by-step advice you can follow at your own pace.

Why we started
Your Crisis Guide began after one family went through a crisis with no clear roadmap. No one explained what forms were needed, who to call, or what help was available. After living through that experience, we realized families should never have to figure out everything on their own.
This platform was created so the next parent, caregiver or loved one has clear steps, honest explanations, a place to breathe, and a guide that actually makes sense. What we learned the hard way, we now share to make the journey easier for someone else.
